Today l learned about making an offer vs developing a product. The importance of offering a service that customers need. Seems common sense but there are lots of different considerations. All the reflection I’ve been doing is confirming what I think. I enjoy helping others (one of my strengths and I happen to have a decade long career in it) and building genuine and lasting relationships. Teaching and teaching grad classes is more about mentoring and coaching. I love it!! All this while pursuing social justice.
